When you’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be hard to begin. One strategy I use is to identify what is stressing me out and strategize how to get things done. I write a list of what I have to do and what is overwhelming me and then writing very specific strategies and tangible ways to accomplish that. Having a plan in action helps with feeling overwhelmed and stressed out!
